The Cellaro Winery, located just outside of Sambuca in Siciliy, Zabut in Arabic, was founded in 1969. The entire economy of Sambuca received a benefi cial boost from the activities of the Cellaro Winery which oversaw a transformation even in the agricultural landscape of the zone, replacing grain fi elds with luxurious vineyards. Over the past seven years, the winery has invested in innovative technology for facilitating basic material transformation and product packaging to better meet market demands. The Cellaro Winery produces assortments of Inzolia, Chardonnay, Nero d’Avola, and Syrah, offering refi ned products with interesting, competitive price/quality relationships.
