A passion for the earth has been handed down for generations in the Niccolai family. Today, Sabrina is the owner of the company. The cultivation of the vineyards is strictly according to tradition in this area—whether Sangiovese or Vernaccia—they grow beside grape vines of other origins, but rather than rendering the wine less interesting, each cultivated vine assumes its own definite character.
