Drink pink is a trend that has grown step by step in France and is now expanding all over the world. The customers of the top wine bars in Paris have started to ask for rosé wine, as, in addition to the fruity taste, its look recalls the velvety touch of many trendy garments. The producers, and today also the great wine labels, are competing to launch on the market new “pink” labels. Indeed, rosé wine has a beautiful look and a good taste. In addition to its fascinating nuances: from pale pink to bright cherry red, with coral shades; and scent of fresh flowers. Pink combinations. The rosé wine is the ideal with fish, spicy salted meats, pizzas, fried stockfish and with the fusion cuisine. A rather sweet sparkling rosé wine, as the Brachetto or a demi-sec Franciacorta, are the ideal with a soft-fruit dessert or tarts. Temperature: it must be served fresh, from 10 to 12° C, in tasting goblets or in small round stem glasses. Some tips.
