We’re immersed in the splendid Valle dello Jato, a short distance from Palermo. The Feotto dello Jato winery’s history has origins in two families from Vigneron, two households forming a strong team versed in producing irresistible wines, fruit of a wine tradition passed on for generations from father to son. Gaetano Buffa, highly knowledgeable in the art of wine growing, cares for his vineyards with a passion, together with Nicola Colombo. The young Sicilian wine expert and Calogero Todaro, freelance agronomist, are the beating heart behind the company. Ties to roots and originality are cornerstones of the Feotto dello Jato philosophy. «An invariable constant of our work - Calogero Todaro explains- is to make unique wines, but simple at the same time, tied to the tradition and values that they stand for».
