The Casa Vitivinicola Feotto dello Jato, name indicative of the regions found on the left bank of the Jato River that until the mid 1800s were part of the ex Feudo della Chiusa, was born in a fertile zone, well irrigated, highly suitable to agriculture. Gaetano Buffa cares for his vineyards with passion and dedication, from planting to harvest, as do Nicola Buffa, Giovanni and Giuseppe Vitale, Giuseppina Todaro and son Daniele La Milia, field experts and company associates, together with wine expert Nicola Colombo. The young Sicilian wine expert, together with Calogero Todaro, freelance agriculture scientist, are the beating heart of the company. The Rosso Di Turi, DOC MONREALE, 2003 won the Honourable Mention at the 15th Edition of the International Mountain Wine Competition.
