Situated just at the entrance of Sambuca di Sicilia, Cantina Cellaro is formed by a group of around a thousand members, boasting over 150,000 quintals of prized grapes for the production of IGT wines and DOC Sambuca di Sicilia. Beyond commercialisation of the wines and grape must sold by the measure, the company is constantly on the go to market pre-packaged wine as well, both by the bottle under the Cellaro brand and in boxed Bags under Zabuttino. Furthermore the company has also registered signifi cant growth tied to their ability in modernising equipment and systems by creating a new line of wines in 2005 named “4 Borghu” which stand out for their variety, such as Inzolia, Chardonnay, Syrah and Nero d’Avola and are destined exclusively for the restaurant, wine bar and catering markets. The wines produced are exported to numerous countries like Switzerland, England, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Belgium and Holland.
