Distilleria Domenis was founded in 1898 at Cividale del Friuli, in a terrain that is famous worldwide for the richness and quality of the grapes that it cultivates.
Managed by the fourth generation of the Domenis family, the company bases its success on the continuation of deep-rooted values linked to its history, a synergy of tradition and innovation. From the heart of these values the true mission of the Domenis Distillery evolves, the commitment to make every product not merely good but also a conveyor of new concepts.
The distillery is equipped with an intermittent system made entirely in copper, with a production of 3.000-3.500 tons of raw materials, from which almost 500.000 bottles
are obtained, subdivided between grappa and aquavit from high quality fruits, aimed at an extremely up market sector.
In 1998 they obtained the bio- certifi cation for the production of grappa and liqueurs from organic farming.
