Roman interlude
This restaurant is called ‘rHome’, a fusion of Rome (Roma) and Home (Casa). In fact the name encapsulates the philosophy of the location, one of the most chic of the capital, situated right in the centre in Piazza Augusto Imperatore. Much more than a restaurant: Rhome represents a truly tasteful experience. The refi ned polyfunctional space is spread over two fl oors and fi tted with glass panels and mega geometric lamps. Another space is decorated outside with an enviable backdrop, the dome of San Carlo al Corso. The cuisine offers traditional dishes like tonnarelli with cacio cheese and pepper or entrecote with grilled vegetables, but also creative vegetarian recipes like broad bean and wild chicory soup. After dinner it becomes a cool hangout, swinging to the sound of the dj set easy listening under the direction of Francesco Pesarin. An entire fl oor is available to welcome smokers.
