Lots of art with loads of taste. The catering at the Triennale of Milan, premises of avant-garde art and design shows, has changed its face with a prestigious signature. The fl avours “on display” in the new bar-restaurant refl ect the genius of Carlo Cracco, champion of international cuisine. For Coffee Design, the link between art and food is an extended presentation. The food area of the Triennale has been conceived as an extension of the exhibition spaces, with long benches on which dishes are served and objects are displayed like temporary shows. The open kitchen alone is an event in itself. It is separated from the design space by a glass crystal wall. The culinary programme fl ies the fl ag of quality. Selected panini and simple dishes, ‘artfully’ made.
