Aperitivo with King Arthur
More than ten years of experience housed in antique roman walls in the heart of the historic centre of beautiful Trani, fi fty kilometres from Bari. For many the King Arthur is simply known as “La Birreria”. Ten years ago to serve draught beer wasn’t exactly within everyone’s capabilities, and the King Arthur was one of the fi rst to take the risk. The care of the barrels, the correct temperature of the beer, the skill of culinary combining are details that cannot be neglected by who intends to make beer a philosophy, a sophisticated mix of hops, malt and bubbles. The theme, of course, is medieval, cheerfully set in XV century tufo vaults, linked by staircases and corridors and decorated with solid wooden benches and a monumental counter at the entrance. Don’t miss the aperitivo served with the house specialities.
