Deep in the Itria Valley, six kilometres from Alberobello and two hops from Cisternino - designated one of Italy’s most beautiful towns - we arrive at the Trulli Country House B&B, a silent refuge in a countryside punctuated with olive trees. Farmhouse hospitality is offered in a cluster of “trulli” remodelled with an eye o conservation, where guests can savour an atmosphere of total relax and the fascination of cosy and charming rooms. Owner Caroline Groszer has chosen to offer just four rooms to epitomise the authentic air of the trullo and the sincere reception of a second home, with names that echo nature: Trullo, Olive, Indian Fig and Mulberry, all furnished with taste and elegance.
