‘Al Cardinal Mazzarino’, bed & breakfast in the heart of Cherasco (Cn), every detail is simply perfect and lovingly cared for. On the fi rst fl oor, the three bedrooms: the Cardinal Suite, where Cardinal Mazzarino sojourned, nearby Mother Superiors’ room and then the priors’ room. A fi ttingly antique atmosphere but with all modern comforts. Breakfast is a real ritual; home made tarts, biscuits and jams. The cuisine is fi t for the Gods. The three dining rooms- seating 35- are on the ground fl oor and overlook an enchanting exterior cloister. The restaurant, open for lunch (weekends) and for dinner (except Wednesday), offers delicious typical dishes with locally sourced products. Not to be missed snails with seasonal friuts…..heavenly!
