Coloured sofas, white walls, cocktails, fresh fish, Sicilian wines, windows overlooking the sea of Letojanni, close to Taormina. Three boys, a dream and a good dose of courage are the ingredients for the best cocktail at ‘Golà’, a young trendy bar and restaurant. ‘Golà’ is the living space that we would all ‘lure’ to have. A place that we dream of when we feel like summertime: a glass of wine, dinner on the beach, a relaxed musical evening. It is called “The Island of tastes” for its stunning panorama and cuisine. In front of the waves, tables offer genuine and simple delights from land and sea. The happy hour aperitif is authentic pleasure, no jostling around for bits of foccaccia. A good glass of Kailà or precious Principe di Corleone must absolutely be tasted while seated comfortably in an armchair or under the wicker screens déhor, accompanied by raw seafood or fish fry up “to whet the appetite”.
