Chill Out… with Green Out

The ‘Park Bar’, inside the Hyatt Hotel in Milan, offers both traditional and innovative aperitifs. They are invitingly served with a variety of appetising nibbles that vary every week: from crudités with sweet and sour sauce to smooth cheeses on toasted potato bread. On Thursdays there is a special appointment: its called ‘Green Out’ and has been designed with the slogan “Aperitif chic…. but with respect”, a new type of chill out, a slogan that plays on the word green for an invite (we hope!) to eternal youth. All decked out with low impact materials in collaboration with the Altro Mercato association and the Executive Chef Filippo Gozzoli who coordinates a rich menu of mouth-watering tapas based on Fair-trade products, served alongside the latest cocktails
