The dairy products from the mountain slopes arrive on the plains to be tasted, bought and sold. It all happening at Mantova with “Mille e 2 formaggi”. From 11th –13th April the show reunites products and tutelage consortiums, promotional authorities and vendors all united in the task of the valorisation of each territory and its history. This year the kermis proposes a taste itinerary that has Alpine cheese as its ensign. The leitmotif of the showcase, Italian typical cheeses and specialities to taste, didactic spaces, laboratories and children’s activities.
