Sabrina Savioli is one of the rare pasta and pastry chefs who fell in love with the white art at a very early age. Now 36, Sabrina has turned handmade pasta-making into her professional calling, faithful to the family tradition passed down from her grandmother, leading her to open a new store in Viale Ausonio 7, Milan, in the town centre. The store is painted bright yellow and decorated with sunflower motifs to give it a flavour of summer. She then decided to ply her craft in the store window, thus letting her customers share her love for genuine things.
